I tried sending another test message, and that showed up in my inbox instantly! Finally I switched to offline mode, quit outlook, re-launched outlook, and took it back online. I tired switching to offline mode, then back online. (Actually, messages do show up for extremely brief instances of time - I'd guess they're visible for at most a tenth of a second. If opened the Sync Status window no activity is shown. I tried clicking Send & Receive, but nothing happened. The message was sent (and I confirmed that it appears in my inbox using OWA), but it doesn't show up in Outlook. Nevertheless, it shows a connected message, with 'Sync pending….
